God has prepared a covenant for the Israelites.

하나님은 이스라엘 백성들에게 언약을 준비시키셨습니다.

The "covenant" is an unchanging contract relationship with God, where obedience brings blessings and disobedience brings curses.

"언약"이란 하나님과의 계약 관계로 불변하며, 순종하면 축복이고 불순종 하면 저주인 것입니다.

To become a "people of the covenant," one must become a holy people, fulfilling the duties of a chosen nation, serving as a royal priesthood.

"언약의 백성"이 되려면 거룩한 백성이 되어야 하며, 소유된 성민으로, 제사장 나라의 사명을 다해야 합니다.

As God is a Spirit, He manifested supernaturally with thunder and lightning at Mount Sinai to establish the covenant.

하나님은 "영"이시기 때문에 초자연적 현상과 음성으로 말씀하시면서 시내산에서 언약을 체결하셨습니다.

"The Lord said to Moses, 'I am going to come to you in a dense cloud so that the people will hear me speaking with you and will always put their trust in you.'" (Exodus 19:9)

"여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 내가 빽빽한 구름 가운데서 네게 임함은 내가 너와 말하는 것을 백성들이 듣게 하며 또한 너를 영영히 믿게 하려 함이니라 모세가 백성의 말을 여호와께 아뢰었으므로"(출애굽기 19장 9절)
